How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Shipping

I ship all items First Class Mail unless otherwise indicated in the listing. Please feel free to message me if you would like to upgrade to Priority shipping, Registered Mail or with Insurance.

Your etsy address is used for shipping but please leave a message if you need it sent to another address.

All international orders are subject to Customs. I am not responsible for extra cost incurred through Customs regulations nor mail being held up via Customs or the USPS. Any receiving dates are not subject to a guarantee but merely a projection.

Lew's jewelry is not responsible for lost or damage packaging.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If item is damaged en route, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving the product. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom items. If a stone or metal becomes damaged because of wear and tear, please notify me and I will work with you to fix the item. That being said, if you are unhappy with a piece, please let me know! I will be glad to work with you to change or add to an item so it fits what you are looking for. Please note, each piece is unique and handmade, there will be slight changes from one piece to the next, but that is what makes this process inspired and creative.
